This blend is crafted to highlight the coffee notes beloved in South Texas by combining the rich, chocolatey flavors of our Youth Program's washed coffee with the bold cinnamon notes of a uniquely co-fermented coffee by Sebastián Ramírez. The co-fermentation process spans about 10 days, with the last 5 days dedicated to dry fermentation with cinnamon chips. This adds a special twist to the coffee, evoking the warm, festive feeling of Christmas, no matter where you are in the world!
