WHAT IS SPECIALTY COFFEE?
Specialty coffee refers to the highest quality coffee available, carefully grown and processed with precision and dedication. It is evaluated and graded by coffee experts, known as Q Graders, who assess its flavor, aroma, and overall quality. To be classified as specialty coffee, beans must score 80 points or higher on a 100-point scale by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA).

We source our coffees primarily from small producers in Colombia, working directly with farmers or trusted partners who share our values around quality, sustainability, and long-term relationships.

Do you ship coffee?
Yes, we ship orders throughout the United States. All coffees are roasted in small batches to ensure freshness before shipping.
How fresh is your coffee?
Our coffee is roasted in small batches and shipped shortly after roasting. We recommend enjoying it within a few weeks of the roast date for the best flavor experience.
Can I pick up my order locally?
